About My Meditations

My meditations consist of visualizations, positive affirmations and the encouragment to use your imagination. The meditations on this website will help you in every aspect of your life. Meditations touch on health, love, money, family and career.

You will notice that my meditations and affirmations do not consist of words that will send negative thoughts out to the universe. If you download a meditation for your health, you will not hear phrases like; "I am not sick", "I do not have heart disease". The only thing the universe and your mind hears are the words "sick" and "heart disease". These phrases only confirm the fact that you are sick.

Instead you will be hearing phrases such as, "I am healthy", "My body is healthy".

What you imagine becomes reality. Imagine yourself healthy, loved and financially secure and you will be all of these things! The same principals apply to all of my meditations and affirmations.
